Glory to God in the Highest And On Earth Peace!
“And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” Luke 2:13-14
On this Christmas Day we remember and celebrate anew the birth of the One who came to live as man with mankind to be the Savior of the world. We remember that we were once all dead in our trespasses and sins until Jesus Christ, our Lord, came as the babe in the manger wrapped in swaddling clothes to be the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the World.
“The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. John 1:29
“And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!” John 1:36
We celebrate the One Who came to give His life that we might have life and that more abundantly. Indeed, in Him we have eternally life,
We celebrate the King of Kings whose kingdom will have no end. We celebrate the Lord of Lords, Whose rule and reign is above all powers, principalities and thrones. We celebrate the Wonderful Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father and the Prince of Peace.
Today we join with millions around the world and all the hosts of Heaven to celebrate Jesus Christ, Y’shua Hamashiach, The Son of God and Son of Man, The Savior, Redeemer, Deliverer, The Healer, Provider, The Comforter, The Word of God, The Light of the World, The Bread of Life, Our Brother and Friend, The Love of God expressed, God Incarnate come to dwell with us and in us, now and forever.
Joy to the world the Lord is come
Let earth receive her King.
Let every heart prepare Him room
And Heaven and Nature Sing!
